I rent a bright and south-oriented flat with 31m² in the 2nd district of Vienna. The apartment is located in the 3rd floor of a house with elevator which was renovated from 2008 - 2011. The flat is fully furnished, equipped with tile and parquet floor and contains everything that is necessary to live there (dishes, washing machine, towels, internet, …).
The flat has a hallway, a bathroom incl. toilette, kitchen and a combined living-/bedroom and includes a cellar compartment. The house has a small courtyard for bicycle parking and a small garden that can be used.

The apartment is located very well between Praterstern and Donaukanal. The infrastructure in the environment is very good. In a circuit of 50m you can reach 3 supermarkets and different lines of public transport. The tram line 0 stops in front of the house and in only a few minutes by walk you can reach the metro stations Nestroyplatz (line U1) and Praterstern (lines U1, U2, Train and different tram- und buslines). The Prater, one of the biggest parks in vienna and the Donaukanal with bars and restaurants are only 3 Minutes (by walk) away. With the metro you can reach different universities and universities of applied sciences in 10 to 15 minutes.
The flat is perfect for a single person and includes a mattress for guests.
