Sonnige Zwischenmiete nahe Hauptuni und Yppenplatz

Meine helle und super gemütliche 1 Zimmer Wohnung wird im August für 3 Wochen zur Zwischennutzung frei und ist ideal für Studenten oder Leute die einen zentralen und charmanten Ort zur Stadterkundung suchen.
Die Miete ist all inclusive (Miete, Energie, Warmwasser) und die Wohnung ist möbliert, es ist also alles da was du zum Wohnen brauchst.
Aufgeteilt ist die Wohnung in ein Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Weitblick auf den Wiener Altbau und über die Baumkronen.. Vom Wohnzimmer kommt man auch zur Schlafnische, das Bett hat also seinen eigenen Raum.
Da die Wohnung im 5. Stock liegt und einen grossen Erker und viele Fenster hat, ist es sehr hell, aber dabei nicht zu heiß.
Das Bad mit Dusche hat jede Menge Platz, eine eigene Waschküche inklusive Trockner ist im Haus und kann mitbenutzt werden.
Auf den Fotos sind noch persönliche Dinge, die dann selbstverständlich nicht mehr in der Wohnung sein werden.

The rent is all inclusive (rent, electricity, hot water) and the apartment is furnished, so everything you need to live is there.
The apartment is divided into a living room with kitchen and a wide view of the old Viennese architecture and over the tree tops.... From the living room you can also enter the sleeping niche, so the bed has its own room.
Since the apartment is on the 5th floor and has many windows, it is very bright, but at the same time not too hot.
The bathroom with shower has plenty of space, a laundry room including dryer is in the house and can be used as well.
