Ich gehe ins Auslandssemester und vermiete in dieser Zeit mein Einzelzimmer im Wohnheim Albert-Schweitzer-Haus im 9. Bezirk in Wien. Voraussetzung: WEIBLICHE und eingeschriebene Studentin!

Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit:
• Spüle + Kühlschrank im Zimmer
• Internet (WLAN+LAN)
• TV-Anschluss im Zimmer
• Voll möbliert, heller Parkettboden, Schreibtischlampe
• Verdunkelung und Abschattung
• Bettzeug (Matratze, Matratzenschoner, Decke, Polster)

Dusche und WC sind auf dem Gang und du teilst es dir mit meiner Nachbarin. Im Gemeinschaftsbereich findet ihr:
• Gemeinschaftsküche mit angeschlossenem Ess- und Wohnzimmerbereich in jedem Stockwerk
• Waschküche mit Waschmaschinen und Trockner
• Fitness-und Hobbyraum
• Fahrradraum & Fahrradabstellplätze
• Dachterrasse
• Musikraum inkl. Klavier
• Lernräume
• Clubraum der Evangelischen Hochschulgemeinde
• Aufzüge vorhanden - barrierefrei

Küche und Bad werden zweimal wöchentlich von einer Reinigungsfachkraft gereinigt. Ich würde außerdem gern einige meiner Privatsachen im Zimmer lassen, die ihr selbstverständlich mitbenutzen dürft, wie etwa meinen Bildschirmmonitor und Geschirr/Kochgeschirr/Besteck.

Hi :)
I am going on a semester abroad and I am renting out my single room in the Albert-Schweitzer-Haus dormitory in the 9th district of Vienna during this time. Prerequisite: FEMALE and enrolled student!

The room is equipped with:
- Sink + fridge in the room
- Internet (WLAN+LAN)
- TV connection in the room
- Fully furnished, light parquet floor, desk lamp
- Blackout and shading
- Bedding (mattress, mattress protector, blanket, pillows)

Shower and toilet are in the corridor and you share it with my neighbor. In the common area you will find:
- Communal kitchen with adjoining dining and living room area on each floor
- Laundry room with washing machines and dryers
- Fitness and hobby room
- Bicycle room & bicycle parking spaces
- Roof terrace
- Music room incl. piano
- Study rooms
- Club room of the Protestant university community
- Elevators available - barrier-free

The kitchen and bathroom will be cleaned by cleaning staff twice a week. I would also like to leave some of my personal belongings in the room, which you are of course welcome to use, such as my screen monitor and crockery/cookware/cutlery.
