The apartment is located on the 3 floor of an old building with available elevator. It has just been renovated and it consists of 3 separately accessible rooms; yours (where a nice couch will be placed in case you would like to), Daniel's (your roommate), and a living room where you can chill on the big comfy sofa.
The kitchen is small but cozy and it faces the inner courtyard where there is also a floor balcony where you can enjoy the sun or smoke a cigarette.
The bathroom and toilet are separated and there is also a small storage room where you can put all the things you don't use in your daily routine.
The apartment with its windows, doors, lights, floor, and ceiling decorations is simply stunning as everything has just been renovated. It is a must for us to preserve our home as it is now 🙏
Furthermore, the whole apartment is underfloor heated and the temperature can be regulated individually room by room.
The apartment is located in the heart of the 7th district in Hermanngasse 19, literally 150 steps away from Neubaugasse and Burggasse and a few minutes away from Mariahilfer Strasse.
You're surrounded by all kinds of utilities like bars, restaurants, groceries and all kinds of shops you can think of. Berliner Döner is literally behind the corner 🍾
The U3 can be found at 8 min walking distance in Mariahilfer Strasse while many bus lines pass in the proximity of tha apratment: 48A, 46, 49, etc.
As I am traveling a lot across Italy Spain and Austria I'll be back from time to time and therefore only a part-time WG member. Whenever that is the case I would then be sleeping on the couch in the living room.
Regarding Daniel's routine, he's basically out of the apartment the whole time due to work. He comes back home to grab a bite and off the gym he goes. So basically he will be home at evenings only for dinner and a good movie night 🎥 🍷
