Appartment is always clean and peoples living here are very much disciplined although not socialize but have good clean hygienic plan to live, The Appartment has 2 separate toilets for 5 peoples which is not bad. Lidl is in opposite building spar billa is in 3 minutes walk, there is also a big street market to buy vegetables and meat on cheap rate where I usually go to save my couple of bucks, many cafeterias and Irish pub is in 30 second walk, cool ! Now about the transport it is connected with U3 which is 2 min walk and the room location is in 14 district, and also 49 tram which will directly take you to the city center if you like public transport.

Rent: 325 basic altogether bills and everything 345 equivalent usually a bit lesser, 1000 euros deposit, so if you are-looking some afordable place for long term then this place can be home for you.
