Da ich im Juli im Ausland bin möchte ich meine Wohnung untervermieten.
Da ich nur kurz weg bin werde ich Möbel, Geschirr und eventuell ein paar persönliche Dinge in der Wohnung lassen. Ich habe einen großen Fernseher und der Schlaf- bzw. Wohnraum ist sehr hell und freundlich. Die Wohnung ist noch recht neu und dadurch in gutem Zustand.
Die Lage ist ruhig, ein großes Einkaufszentrum liegt nur 2min (zu Fuß) entfernt.
Mit der S-Bahn fährt man 10min bis zum Bahnhof Meidling/Philadelphiabrücke (U6). Man benötigt für die S-Bahn KEIN zusätzliches Ticket, da man mit dem U-Bahn Ticket bis nach Liesing fahren kann.
Während meiner Abwesenheit bin ich bei Fragen über WhatsApp, Facebook usw. übers Internet erreichbar bzw. könnte ihr euch bei möglichen Problemen auch an eine in Wien wohnende Freundin wenden.
