da ich ab Mitte Februar bis Mitte April am Reisen bin, biete ich für diesen Zeitraum meine Wohnung im Zentrum von Würzburg zur Zwischenmiete an.
Ideal ist der Zeitraum für Studenten die sich den Start und die Wohnungssuche (die anstrengend werden kann) erleichtern wollen und eine solide Basis für die ersten Kontakte in der Stadt suchen ;)
Die Bilder sollten für sich sprechen, aber bitte meldet euch bei jeglichen Fragen!

Die Wohnung liegt in der Annastraße in Würzburg. Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt und zur Residenz sind bzw. bis in die Innenstadt sind es 5-10 Minuten Fußmarsch :)
Ein Norma ist direkt ums Eck, sowie Bäcker und Jet-Tankstelle.
Parkplätze sind um den Ringpark und Hauptfriedhof kostenfrei zu finden.
Zur Uni Hubland sind es mit dem Bus 3 Stationen.
