Ihr fangt an zu studieren und wollt in Ruhe vor Ort suchen. Dann ist mein Angebot was für euch. Ihr könnt erstmal locker nach Würzburg ziehen und braucht euch um nichts kümmern. Im Preis von 500 Euro habt ihr das rundum sorglos Paket gebucht. Ein Stellplatz, Internet, Netflix alles möbeliert und stressfrei. Ihr erreicht alles fußläufig die Anbindung ans Hubland ist sehr gut. In den zwei Monaten könnt ihr dann in Ruhe vor Ort nach einer Wohnung oder einem WG Zimmer suchen. Wenn ihr den Stellplatz nicht braucht kann man nochmal über die Miete sprechen.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Sartoriusstraße direkt über ein Supermarkt. Die nächsten Haltestellen sind Rennweg und Annastraße. Die Residenz erreicht ihr zu Fuß in 7 Minute.
Eine längere Vermietung ist leider definitiv nicht möglich. Ansonsten fragt mich einfach was ihr wissen wollt.
