Here you can find a very nice room in Studentenwohnheim Georg-Häfner-Haus (https://www.studentenburse.de/georg-haefner-haus). Please find details as follows:

- Bed (90x150cm) with mattress
- Big Wardrobe (up to 12 doors!!! - see picture)
The floor has 6 single rooms. There are 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs, therefore, only 2 persons share a bathroom and a WC.
Just come to check it ;)
Since the room is in a student dormitory. You need to be registered as a student. Every semester, we need to submit the certificate from university (Immatrikulationsbescheinigung) to extend the stay.
- Supermarkets (Real, ALDI, LIDL) are less than 10 minutes walking.
- Nearby Bus stations: GreisingStraße (7 minutes), Barbarastraße (4 minutes).
- 15 minutes to the city by bus (or 10 minutes by bike).
*) The warm cost is 260€ (February, March) and from 01.04.2019 will be 267€. Including:
- Electric, Water, Heating.
- Fast Internet
- TV (Vodafone Kabel)

- ZDF contribution (17€/month), you can ask another room on the floor to share with you.
