I am a PhD student at HIRI, have a stable salary from institute every month , come from China. I want find one room flat or 2-shared flat within 3km away from HIRI for long-term rental. Most of time I am busy with my project in work days and even weekend. 200~400€ is acceptable. I have good living habits: always keep room clean, non smoker. I like reading and do not have pet. I have the sharing room experiences with others, so I can get on well with my room mate, if I have.
