Dear Landlord,
I am an international student from India pursuing MSc Artificial Intelligence at THWS University in Würzburg, Germany for next 1½ years. I have already landed in Würzburg, and am now immediately looking for accommodation.
I am a clean, responsible, and respectful person who enjoys socializing, exploring new cultures, and learning new things. I am vegetarian, responsible, reliable, and tidy tenant who will take good care of your property. I have always had a remarkably good record. I am fluent in English and have a basic understanding of German.
I would like to find a comfortable and affordable accommodation in a safe and convenient location, preferably within walking distance to the university or public transportation for my entire course duration.
If everything meets our mutual expectations, I would like to discuss the terms of the lease and move in as soon as possible. My budget is around 400 Euros per month and I am willing to pay the required deposit.
