Hello everyone,
I am traveling for September and would like to find a sublet for my cute apartment from 01.09.2023 to 25.09.2023 (flexible). The apartment has a big room, which is divided in the middle by a shelve so that there are different functional areas. It has a personal WC, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private wash machine.
The train station is just a 2-minute walk away, where there are 4 trains/hour. A quick ride takes less than 15 minutes transports to reach the city center (Stadelhofen/HB). If you prefer driving, I also have a park plot (included in the price).
Moreover, I have a sprawling private garden with an enchanting view of the lake. You can have a morning coffee, bask in the hammock, or relish a picnic while the sun sets over the water. For the water-lovers, it takes only a 5-min walk to reach a small quiet park with an entrance to the lake.
The apartment is ideal for solo travelers who want to have a relaxing summer vacation or need to stay in Zurich for some events. If you are interested and willing to treat this space as your own by keeping it tidy and organized, please leave a message with some information about yourself and when you want to move in/out.
