Die schöne und helle 1-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock des sanierten Altbaus. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl und ebenfalls keinen Kellerraum. Parkplätze sind in den Nebenstraßen eigentlich ohne Probleme zu finden. Die Wohnung hat die perfekte Größe für eine Person. Außerdem gibt es einen kleinen Balkon, der zum Innenhof ausgerichtet ist. Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert.
Vermietung nur an Nicht Raucher.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum neben der Hochschul Bibliothek. Zur Straßenbahn/ Bus läuft man maximal 2 Minuten. Netto und Edeka sind circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem liegen Pizza Point, eine Bäckerei, ein chinesischer Imbiss, ein Grieche und vieles mehr um die Ecke. Das Wohnheim befindet sich quasi gegenüber. Ein Fitnessstudio (Clever Fit) ist in der Nähe. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen.
Bis zum Schwanenteich sind es zu Fuß ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten.
Ich suche ab ca. Mitte Juli 2020 bis ca Anfang Oktober 2021 eine/n Untermieter/in. Die Wohnung bleibt komplett möbliert. Im Innenhof ist ein Abstellplatz für Fahrräder.
In den sonstigen Kosten sind WLAN und Strom enthalten.
