Eine anschließende Übernahme des Mietvertrags wäre prinzipiell möglich.
Du würdest dir die Wohnung mit Lorin (m, 27, Kunststudent kurz vor dem Abschluss) teilen.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und sauber liegt im 10. OG (Aufzug), ist dadurch super hell, weiter Blick und tolle Sonnenuntergänge.
Es gibt ein geteiltes Wohnzimmer mit angrenzender (halb)offener Küche, 1 Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer.
Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschiene, Internet, alle grundlegenden Dinge vorhanden.
Das Zimmer kostet 400,- inklusive aller Nebenkosten und Gebühren für Internet, Strom, etc.
Vor Schlüsselübergabe wären 500,- Kaution zu hinterlegen.
Wir suchen eine/n kommunikative/n, aufgeschlossene/n und verantwortungsbewusste/n Untermieter/in.

Hello, I am looking for someone to sublet my room. From December onwards, with flexible duration.

You would share the apartment with Lorin (m, 27, art student about to graduate).
The apartment is very well-kept and clean and is on the 10th floor (ofc theres an elevator), so it is super bright with a wide view and great sunsets.
There is a divided living room with adjoining (semi) open kitchen, 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms.
The kitchen is well equipped, washing machine, internet, all basic things available.
The room costs 400,- including all additional costs and fees for internet, electricity, etc.
A deposit of 500,- would be required before handing over the keys.
We are looking for a communicative, open-minded and responsible tenant.
