The apartment has 75m2 and the room 13-15m2 approximately. The whole apartment has a lot of light the whole year. Ther room will be unfurnished. The shared areas consist of a very big living room, kitchen, basement and balcony.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 75m2 groß und das Zimmer ca. 13-15m2. Die ganze Wohnung hat das ganze Jahr über viel Licht. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert sein. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche bestehen aus einem sehr großen Wohnzimmer, einer Küche, einem Keller und einem Balkon.
The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood, in the nice district of Südstadt. It is 10 minutes walk from the city center and 5 minutes by bike. It is also very close to the lake Kiessee. Next to the corner, there is a small supermarket which is open even on Sundays!
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, im schönen Stadtteil Südstadt. Es ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum und 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Es liegt auch ganz in der Nähe des Kiessee. Gleich um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, der auch sonntags geöffnet hat!
My name is Oscar and I am from Spain. Since my flatmate just moved, I am looking for a flatmate from September. I am molecular biologist and I am currently working in the UMG. During the weekdays I am most of the time outside. I have more free time during weekends and going out for a drink, watch football or doing other activities together would be great, but not a must ; ) In relation to cleanliness and tidiness, it is important especially for the kitchen and shared areas, but without excessive stress ;) Visits from friends or family are also welcome.
Mein Name ist Oscar und ich komme aus Spanien. Da mein Mitbewohner gerade umgezogen ist, suche ich ab September einen Mitbewohner. Ich bin Molekularbiologe und arbeite derzeit in der UMG. Unter der Woche bin ich die meiste Zeit draußen. Am Wochenende habe ich mehr Freizeit und etwas trinken gehen, Fußball schauen oder andere gemeinsame Aktivitäten unternehmen wäre toll, aber kein Muss; ) In Bezug auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist es besonders in der Küche und den Gemeinschaftsräumen wichtig, aber ohne übermäßigen Stress ;) Auch Besuche von Freunden oder der Familie sind willkommen.
