Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum HIT-Supermarkt, etwa 3 km entfernt von der Hochschule Bonn-Rhein-Sieg (H-BRS). Buslinien, auch für den Anschluss nach Bonn sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Direkt um die Ecke liegen zwei Supermärkte, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke und ein Buchladen.
Die Einliegerwohnung, zu der das Zimmer gehört, liegt im Souterrain eines Einfamilienhauses. Den Mieterinnen (die WG ist nur für Frauen!) steht jeweils eines von insgesamt drei Zimmern zur Verfügung, von denen eines Mitte Juli 2023 frei wird. Die Mieterinnen nutzen einen ca. 20 Quadratmeter großen Aufenthaltsraum und das Bad (Toilette/Dusche) gemeinsam.
Das Zimmer hat etwa 16qm Fläche und verfügt über einen eigenen Zugang nach außen, zum Garten hin. Die derzeitige, aus Asien stammende Mieterin hat sich dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn gewünscht, kann für Informationszwecke der Kontakt zur Vormieterin und zu den beiden Mitbewohnerinnen hergestellt werden.
Der Eigentümer wohnt im gleichen Haus. Seine Küche kann von den Mietern zum Erwärmen von Speisen mitbenutzt werden. Eine Waschmaschine im Keller dient allen Bewohnern des Hauses. Wegen der fast familiären Kontakte wird Wert auf Anpassungsbereitschaft gelegt.
Für jemand, der vor allem ein großzügiges, modernes Zimmer sucht, ist dieses Angebot kaum die erste Wahl. Dafür ist es aber finanziell günstig. Der Eigentümer, mit dem die Mieterinnen regelmäßig Kontakt haben, hat lange Zeit in Asien und Afrika gelebt.

The house is located in the immediate vicinity of the HIT supermarket, about 3 km away from the Bonn-Rhein-Sieg University of Applied Sciences (H-BRS). Bus lines, also for connections to Bonn, are in the immediate vicinity. Just around the corner are two supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy and a bookstore.
The granny flat to which the room belongs is in the basement of a detached house. The tenants (the flat-sharing community is for women only!) each have one of a total of three rooms at their disposal, one of which will become available in mid-July 2023. The tenants share a common room of about 20 square metres and the bathroom (toilet/shower).
The room is about 16 square metres and has its own access to the outside, to the garden. The current tenant, who comes from Asia, felt very comfortable there. If desired for information purposes contact can be made with this tenant and the two flatmates

The owner lives in the same house. His kitchen can be used by the tenants for heating food. A washing machine in the basement serves all residents of the house. Because of the almost family-like contacts, it is important to be willing to adapt.
For someone who is primarily looking for a spacious, modern room, this offer is hardly the first choice. But it is financially favourable. The owner, with whom the tenants have regular contact, has lived in Asia and Africa for a long time.
