Der Laufweg beträgt nur 8 min zum Campus und man hat mit den 19,90m² und einer schönen hohen Decke ordentlich Platz für alles was einem lieb und heilig ist. (Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert)
In der 4rer WG hast du eines der Zimmer mit einem schönen Fenster Blick auf die Donau. <3
Sonst für die Gamer oder Home-Office Leute, wir haben hier in dem Gebäude eine 1000 Leitung. Davon kommen in der Regel bei voller Auslastung bei jedem aufjeden Fall 100 Mbit/s Download Geschwindigkeit an.
