cozy room- prefect for Erasmus students // gemütliche WG auf Zeit- ideal für Austauschstudent*innen

Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, man erreicht den Campus der Hauptuni oder das Schottentor in 10-15 min, da kann man auch ganz gut hin spazieren und ist in ca 20min da. Vielen andere Unis sind auch super zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahn 43 und 44 sind in 3-5 min zu erreichen und in 10 min zu Fuß ist man direkt bei der U6 am Gürtel. Dort gibt es auch viele coole Fortgeh-Möglichkeiten :) Mit dem 9er kommt man super in den 15. und 6. Bezirk. Zu dem und zum 2er braucht man ungefähr 3min, der fährt dann Richtung Volkstheater und Karlsplatz - allgemein ist man eigentlich überall in Wien ziemlich gut verbunden.

Der Yppenplatz mit coolen Bars oder Cafes ist auch in unter 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen - hier gibts noch den ganzen Tag einen Markt und am Wochenende kommen immer Bauern und verkaufen. Supermärkte-technisch geht es wirklich nicht besser - Billa Plus und Billa sind direkt vor der Haustür, Interspar und Hofer sind nicht weit und direkt an den Haltestellen von 44er und 43er ist jeweils ein Lidl, also man kann super am Weg noch einkaufen.

The location is pretty good, you can reach the campus of the main university or Schottentor in 10-15 minutes, you can also walk there quite easily and get there in about 20 minutes. Many other universities are also easy to reach. Trams 43 and 44 can be reached in 3-5 minutes and in 10 minutes on foot you are directly at the underground line U6. Here are also lots of cool places to go :) The 9 is a great way to get to the 15th and 6th district. It takes about 3 minutes to get there and to the 2, which goes towards Volkstheater and Karlsplatz - in general, you're pretty well connected everywhere in Vienna.

Yppenplatz with its cool bars and cafés is also less than a 10-minute walk away - there's a market here all day and farmers always come and sell their produce at the weekend. In terms of supermarkets, it really doesn't get any better - Billa Plus and Billa are right on the doorstep, Interspar and Hofer are not far away and there is a Lidl right at the stops for the 44 and 43, so you can do your shopping your way home easily.

Ein seeehr großer Pluspunkt ist definitiv das Zusammenleben und deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin. Wir hatten immer eine gute Mischung aus jeder-geht-seinem-Leben-nach aber wir wissen immer was die Andere so gemacht hat und haben eigentlich täglich uns ausgetauscht übers Leben und was uns so beschäftigt - mal mehr mal weniger natürlich. Natürlich hat man trotzdem seine Privatsphäre und manchmal sieht man sich halt weniger. Durch das große Wohnzimmer und den Esstisch kann man auch gut zusammensitzen oder auch gern kochen.

Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist Jule, 19 aus Ravensburg und ist auch erst seit Oktober in Wien. Sie ist super offen, herzlich und kocht richtig gut!! Sie sucht auch nach keiner Zweck-Wg, wir haben aber wie gesagt auch voll unseren eigenen Freiraum gehabt - also alles kann, nichts muss.

Grundlegende Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist selbstverständlich - da hatten wir einen guten Rhythmus also wir haben immer geschaut, dass es sich so abwechselt und sieht, was die Andere gerade gemacht hat und eben seinen Beitrag leistet - also alles schön ausgewogen und wichtig ist, dass man alles gut kommuniziert :)

A very big plus point is definitely living together and your future flatmate. We've always had a good mix of everyone-going-about-their-life, but we always know what the other person has been up to and we've talked to each other every day about life and what's on our minds - sometimes more, sometimes less, of course. You obviously still have your privacy and sometimes you see less of each other. The large living room and dining table make it easy to sit together or even enjoy cooking with each other.

Your future flatmate is Jule, 19 from Ravensburg and has only been in Vienna since October. She is super open, warm and cooks really well! She is also not looking for a purpose-built flat share, but as I said, we also had our own space.

Basic cleanliness and tidiness are a matter of course - we had a good rhythm, so we always made sure that we took turns and were paying attention what the other person was doing and did their bit - so everything was nicely balanced and it's important to communicate everything well :)

Melde dich gern wenn du Interesse hast, dann setzt ihr euch mal zusammen (auch online).
Einzug ist quasi mit dem neuen Jahr möglich :)

Die Wohnung ist und bleibt komplett eingerichtet, also braucht man nur mit seinem Koffer kommen und einziehen. Prinzipiell ist es ideal für alle die auch auf Erasmus und co. sind.

The flat is and will remain fully furnished, so you just need to bring your suitcase and move in. It is ideal for all those who are also on Erasmus or exchange.
