Your future room will be very cozy and flooded with light, especially in the afternoon, due to its westward orientation. It has parquet floors, very high ceilings and a beautiful large window so that you can lose yourself in the green area in summer. The room is part of a 6-person student shared apartment in Campus 4 and the entire apartment is an old building. However, our apartment has its own entrance, so the apartment feels more like a cute little house. The room would be available from February 1st or a few days after. we could talk about it.

Ihr zukünftiges Zimmer wird durch die Westausrichtung besonders nachmittags sehr gemütlich und lichtdurchflutet sein. Es verfügt über Parkettböden, sehr hohe Decken und ein schönes großes Fenster, sodass Sie sich im Sommer im Grünen verlieren können. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 6er-Studenten-WG im Campus 4 und die gesamte Wohnung ist ein Altbau. Allerdings verfügt unsere Wohnung über einen eigenen Eingang, sodass sich die Wohnung eher wie ein süßes Häuschen anfühlt. Das Zimmer wäre ab dem 1. February oder einige Tage später verfügbar. wir könnten darüber reden.
The location of the apartment is super practical. There is a bus stop right in front of our front door, which takes you to the city center or the train station in 10-15 minutes. In addition, it only takes a few minutes to walk or bike to the university, which is super nice, especially if you have lectures early :) You can also reach all grocery stores within 10 minutes by bike (Aldi, Penny, Lidl, Edeka) .
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super praktisch. Genau vor unserer Haustür befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle, mit der man nach 10-15 min in der Innenstadt oder am Bahnhof ist. Außerdem braucht man zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad nur wenige Minuten zur Uni, was mega nice ist vor allem, wenn man früh Vorlesungen hat:) Mit dem Rad erreicht man außerdem auch alle Lebensmittelgeschäft innerhalb 10 min (Aldi, Penny,Lidl, Edeka).

Overall, we have a clean shared apartment and enjoy spending time together, whether it's cooking, lying in the sun or having a movie night. A 6-person shared apartment sometimes sounds like too much, but with us everyone has the opportunity to withdraw and take time for themselves. Nevertheless, we are happy if you would like to do something from time to time and help with the design of the shared apartment 🌞

Insgesamt haben wir eine saubere WG und genießen die gemeinsame Zeit, sei es beim Kochen, in der Sonne liegen oder bei einem Filmabend. Eine 6er-WG klingt manchmal zu viel, aber bei uns hat jeder die Möglichkeit, sich zurückzuziehen und Zeit für sich zu nehmen. Dennoch freuen wir uns, wenn du ab und zu etwas unternehmen und bei der Gestaltung der WG mithelfen möchtest 🌞
