In unserer schönen Wohnung in Neu-Ulm wird ein Zimmer frei, da meine WG-Zeit zu Ende geht. Die Wohnung ist super angebunden, in nur 2 Minuten bist du beim Bus der dich nach Ulm, an den Eselsberg oder auch weiter nach Neu-Ulm bringt. In 5 Gehminuten stehst du schon in Ulm, in 10 Minuten am Münster Platz und in 17 am Theater, wo die Tram zur Uni wegfährt. Zum Einkaufen brauchst du nur 5 Minuten in die Glacis Galerie, wo es neben einem Rewe auch DM, einen Bio Laden, und vieles, vieles mehr gibt. In der Stadtmitte von Neu-Ulm gibt es außerdem in 3 Gehminuten Entfernung einen Müller und Apotheken, sowie Ärzte, Cafés und Restaurants.
Bisher war unser WG-Leben immer sehr entspannt, wir setzen uns zum gemeinsamen Abendessen gerne mal in die Küche oder gehen ab und zu gemeinsam einen Kaffee trinken oder etwas essen. Natürlich hat auch jeder seine Ruhe wenn er/sie das möchte. Meine Mitbewohnerin spricht Französisch und Englisch, also wenn du einer dieser Sprachen sprichst, kommt ihr bestimmt gut aus.
In den Nebenkosten ist alles enthalten, außer GEZ und Internet.

A room in our comfy two-person shared flat will be free because I am moving into my own apartment. The location of the apartment is amazing, within 2 minutes walking distance you will be at the bus stop, where busses will take you to Ulm, the Eselsberg, and further into Neu-Ulm. Within 5 minutes walking distance you can reach Ulm, in 10 Minutes the Münster Platz and in 17 minutes you are at the tram stop "Theater" where you can catch the tram to get to university. For your grocery and shopping needs you can reach Glacis Galerie within 5 minutes walking distance, where you will find a grocery store (Rewe), a drug store (DM) and many other shops. In the city center of Neu-Ulm within a three minute walk you will also find Müller (drug store), pharmacies, doctores as well as various cafés and restaurants.
Our flat life has been very relaxed. If we feel like it we enjoy chatting over dinner, or go for a coffee or to a restaurant. Of course you can also have your peace and quiet. Your future flatmate speaks English and French, so if you speak one of those languages, you are bound to get along well.

Ich könnte Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank bei Bedarf gegen eine kleine Ablöse (ca. 100 Euro) da lassen.
