I am sad to be leaving my large, bright room. With the two windows, its really nice but there are curtains should you need it a bit darker. As the room is quite large, there is space for all sorts of furniture tho I will be leaving a nightstand, wardrobe, desk + chair, sofa, and a small side table for you so no worries if you do not have a lot to fill it up. The floor is wood panels and the central heating is navigated through the room so its always cozy in winter. The room does not boarder the kitchen so its not super noisy.
The bathroom is being renovated a bit right now, the kitchen comes fully equipped (including a dishwasher), and there is a seperate WC.
Super central, the building is located on a quiet street in between the church and the castle. Being in the city center, every kind of facility is easy and quick to reach. Many shopping opportunities are nearby, including Alnatura (~5m), Edeka (~5m), Rewe (~10m). The Hauptbahnhof is also close, about 10 minutes away. The nearest bus stops are at Neckarbrücke and Nonnenhaus.
You will share the apartment with Ahmed (30) and Lucien (22). Ahmed is currently working while Lucien is starting a PhD in Tübingen. Both are chill, outdoor-friends, and always up for sports, a drink or music. Both speak English, Ahmed speaks German and Arabic and Lucien speaks German and French so - all languages welcome and encouraged:)
The current rent is 550 euros. Other costs include trash collection, internet, GEZ, and electricity and heating, which totals to 85 euros each. The deposit can be split in 3 installments.
We are looking for someone to move in from February, the actual date can be discussed when visiting!
