Gemütliches Zimmer zur Untermiete sehr gut gelegen

Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah an der Autobahnauffahrt Bonn-Endenich. Mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Bus ist man in ca. 10 Minuten am Bonner Hbf. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es eine kleine Einkaufsstraße mit Cafés und einigen Restaurants; außerdem kann man zu Fuß in max. 10 Minuten einen Edeka, DM, Rewe, Aldi, Lidl erreichen.

The apartment is very close to the Bonn-Endenich highway entrance. By bike or bus, you can reach Bonn Central Station in about 10 minutes. There is a small shopping street with cafes and some restaurants nearby; additionally, within a maximum of 10 minutes on foot, you can reach Edeka, DM, Rewe, Aldi, and Lidl.

Ich habe mich nach vielen Jahren WG im Sommer dazu entschieden auszuprobieren, wie es ist, alleine zu wohnen. Da ich viel unterwegs bin, freue ich mich immer, wenn ich in meinem ruhigen Zuhause etwas Zeit für mich habe. Allerdings wird sich meine Ausbildungssituation in den nächsten Monaten ändern (Beginn meiner Psychotherapie-Ausbildung), deshalb möchte ich von dem Platz, den ich habe, anderen etwas zur Verfügung stellen. Mit dem Ausbildungsbeginn werde ich wahrscheinlich viel pendeln müssen und auch regelmäßig Wochenenden nicht in Bonn sein.

Ich wünsche mir deshalb ein:e WG-Mitbewohner:in, der:die flexibel ist, was gemeinsame Aktivitäten angeht, ohne dass man aneinander vorbeilebt. Eine faire Aufteilung anfallender Wohnungsarbeiten, z.B. putzen, ist für mich selbstverständlich und ansonsten denke ich, dass man über alles sprechen kann und sollte.

Ansonsten arbeite ich im Moment sehr gerne im sozial-therapeutischen Bereich, bewege mich sehr gerne (v.a. schwimmen und Tangotanzen), bin oft mit meiner Masterarbeit und manchmal hochschulpolitisch unterwegs. Wenn ich die Zeit habe, koche ich auch sehr gerne oder bin im Garten. Ich unternehme auch gerne Aktivitäten mit Freunden, ab und zu sind wir auch mal bei mir in der Wohnung.

After many years of living in shared accommodation, I decided this summer to try out what it's like to live alone. Since I'm often on the go, I always appreciate having some time for myself in my quiet home. However, my educational situation will change in the coming months (starting my psychotherapy training), so I want to make some of the space I have available to others. With the start of my training, I will likely have to commute a lot and may not be in Bonn on weekends regularly.

Therefore, I am looking for a flatmate who is flexible regarding shared activities without us merely coexisting. A fair distribution of household tasks, such as cleaning, is a matter of course for me. Otherwise, I believe that everything can and should be discussed openly.

Otherwise, I currently enjoy working in the socio-therapeutic field, and I love to stay active, especially through activities like swimming and tango dancing. I am often occupied with my master's thesis and occasionally involved in university politics. When I have the time, I also enjoy cooking or spending time in the garden. I like to engage in activities with friends, and occasionally we gather at my apartment.

Meine Vermieter verlangen von Interessenten einige Unterlagen, dazu gehört auch eine Selbstauskunft inkl. Unterlagen. Bitte stelle sicher, dass du folgenden Unterlagen zeitnah in Bonn vorlegen könntest: Kopie Personalausweis / Aufenthaltstitel, Kopie der letzten drei Einkommensnachweise, bei geringem Einkommen ggf. Bürgschaft, bei Studierenden aktueller Immatrikulationsnachweis, Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung.
