Hi there!
I am leaving my room in a beautiful apartment in the city center of Bozen/Bolzano!
The room is furnished as you can see on the pictures (without the “sofa”). It will be handed over painted white.
Additionally, there is a large built-in closet in the hallway that I currently use as a wardrobe.
We have two bathrooms. One with a shower, one with a bathtub! The common rooms are very spacious. Thanks to Cameron we even have a piano! In the Lodgia you can open all the windows and enjoy summer sunsets.
The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the university. If you leave the house through the back exit, you are directly in the park by the river. There is a backyard for storing bikes and hanging laundry.

Sebastian, 30, from Tuscany, PhD student in forestry
We are generally a calm group and enjoy casual get togethers in the kitchen or living room. We speak English, German and Italian. Mainly English when everyone is around.
