Große gemischte WG sucht neue Mitbewohner*n,
Die WG-Lankwitz sucht Nachwuchs. Ein Mitbewohner verlässt uns, so suchen wir nach einen Studierenden der/die langfristig mit uns wohnen möchte. Mit Anmeldung.
Wichtig: Bei uns dürfen nur STUDIERENDEN wohnen.
Deswegen, an alle anderen Bewerber, wünschen wir viel Erfolg bei der Suche, aber ihr bekommt keine Einladung zum Casting.
(Wir suchen grade nur nach eine Untermiete. 2 bis 3 Monate. Wir überspringen deswegen den Casting Process. Es wäre möglich danach ungbefristet Teil der WG zu werden, aber wir versprechen momentan nix)
Zu uns:
9er WG, grade 4 Mann und 4 Frau. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, aber normalerweise jeder führt sein eigenes Leben in seinen Zimmer. Man kann gerne Sachen zusammen machen, sei es Karten spielen, Musik spielen, gemütlich etwas trinken und quatschen usw. Hauptsache man geht respektvoll miteinander um.
Wir sind keine Party-WG. Tiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.
Das Saubermachen ist sehr wichtig. In eine große WG gehen Sachen schnell schmutzig durch ganz normale Alltagsleben. Deswegen ist es sehr wichtig, dass du in den Gemeinschaftsräume nach dir IMMER sauber machst.
Zum Zimmer:
ca. 18m². Westliche Seite mit viele Fenster. Teil möbliert. (Siehe Bilder)

The WG-Lankwitz is looking for a new member. One roommate is leaving us, so we are looking for a student who would like to live with us on a long-term basis. Registration possible.
Important: only STUDENTS are allowed to live with us.
Therefore, to all other applicants, we wish you good luck in your search, but you will not receive an invitation to the casting.
(We are currently looking for a short term tenant. 2 to 3 Months. Therefore we are skipping the casting. There is a possibility to later become permanent member of our WG, but no garantee)
To us:
WG of 9 people, currently 4 men and 4 women. We are not a Zweck-WG: usually everyone does their own thing in their room, but we also like to do things together sometimes, be it playing cards, playing music, having a drink and chatting, etc. The main thing is that you treat each other with respect.
We are not a party WG. Unfortunately, animals are not allowed.
Cleaning is very important. In a large WG things get dirty quickly due to normal everyday life. Therefore, it is very important that you ALWAYS clean the common areas after you use them.
To the room:
approx. 18m². West side view with many windows. Partly furnished .
Move in date: Start of February

8 Minuten zu Fuß von der S25. In der Nähe von der Lankwitz Kirche Kreuzung, wo 5 oder 6 Buslinien vorbeifahren.
