Das Zimmer ist ca. 6m² groß, hat Holzboden und ein großes Fenster, das für genug Licht sorgt und nach Süden auf die Straße und das Nachbarhaus gehen.
Gemeinsam nutzen wir unsere gemütliche Küche, welche mit Utensilien gut ausgestattet ist. Wir haben eine Mikrowelle und einen großen Kühlschrank. Im Kühlschrank hat jede*r ein Fach sowie ein weiteres in der Küche. Im Badezimmer haben wir eine Duschwanne und eine Waschmaschine. Die hier angegebene Miete ist mit allem inklusiv (Strom, Gas, Internet, Nebenkosten usw.) nur GEZ müsste noch separat bezahlt werden.
The room is about 6m², has wooden floor and one large window, which provides enough light and goes to the south on the street and the neighbourhouse.
Together we use our cozy kitchen, which is well equipped with utensils. We have a microwave and a large refrigerator. In the fridge eachone has a compartment as well as another one in the kitchen. In the bathroom we have a shower tub and a washing machine.
The rent stated here is all included (electricity, gas, internet, utilities, etc.) but GEZ must be payed seperately.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Hannoverschen Straße in Weende und ist somit nicht weit entfernt vom Klinikum und dem Nordcampus. Auch der Unisport ist gut erreichbar. Es gibt mehrere Buslinien, die direkt in die Stadt fahren.
In der Nähe ist ein tegut und ein dm und nach dem Umbau wird der Aldi auch wieder verfügbar sein. Eine Postfiliale und ein Bioladen sind ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe.
Von uns aus ist man sehr schnell im Klosterpark, der besonders im Frühjahr und Sommer wunderschön ist. Die Leine und der Wald sind auch nicht weit weg. Hinter dem Haus gibt es eine Rasenfläche mit Sitzmöglichkeiten, die wir mitbenutzen dürfen.
The house is located directly at the Hannoversche Straße in Weende and is therefore not far from the hospital and the North Campus. The university sports center is also easily accessible. There are several bus lines that go directly to the city center. There is a tegut and a dm nearby and after the Aldi is renovated, it is also possible to go there. A post office and a health food store are also very close by.
From us you are very quickly in the monastery park, which is especially beautiful in spring and summer. The Leine and the forest are also not far away. Behind the house there is a lawn with seating, which we are allowed to share.
Wir sind eine 5er-WG aus Studierenden. Da wir eine internationale WG sind, sprechen wir zusammen überwiegend Englisch. Wir verstehen uns alle gut und verbringen ggf. gern Zeit miteinander. Jedoch haben wir mit der Uni manchmal viel zu tun, weswegen wir uns wochentags meist erst abends sehen. Hierbei ist meistens die Küche der Treffpunkt. Wir kochen alle gerne (teils vegetarisch/vegan, teils mit Fleisch) und teilen einiges an Lebensmitteln. Wir haben eine große Auswahl an Gewürzen. Gemeinsame Unternehmungen passieren bisher meistens eher spontan und ganz nach Laune. Im Haus gibt es noch zwei weitere WGs, mit denen wir derzeitig allerdings eher weniger zu tun haben. Im Sommer bietet sich die Rasenfläche hinter dem Haus zum Beispiel zum gemeinsamen Grillen an. Wir haben einen Putzplan, bei dem jede\*r im Wechsel mit den verschiedenen Aufgaben dran ist.
Da es bei uns gerade einen Umschwung gibt, wird neben diesem Zimmer auch ein anderes frei und für ein drittes Zimmer suchen wir auch noch eine Person (also wenn du wen kennst ;) ). Die Zimmer sind 17m² und 15m² groß, die Links findest du unten.
Du wirst mit Adil und Linus zusammen wohnen. Linus studiert im zweiten Semester (Bachelor) Soziologie und Philosophie und ist in seiner Freizeit sehr engagiert und macht viel ehrenamtlich. Adil studiert im zweiten Semester (Master) Indian Studies und trifft sich gerne mit seinen Freunden.
We are a shared flat of 5 students. Since we are an international WG, we speak mostly English together. We all get along well and enjoy spending time together. However, our flatmates work a lot, which is why we usually only see each other in the evenings on weekdays. Here, the kitchen is usually the meeting place. We all like to cook (some vegetarian/vegan, some meat) and share some food. We have a huge selection of spices. Common undertakings happen so far mostly rather spontaneously and completely according to mood. In the house there are two other WGs with whom we currently have less to do. In the summer, the lawn behind the house is ideal for barbecuing together. We have a cleaning schedule where everyone takes turns with the different tasks.
As we are currently moving house, another room will be available in addition to this one and we are also looking for a person for a third room (if you know someone ;) ). The rooms are 17m² and 15m² in size, the links are below.
You will live together with Adil and Linus. Linus is studying sociology and philosophy (B.A.) in his second semester and is very active in his free time and does a lot of voluntary work. Adil is studying Indian Studies (M.A.) in his second semester and likes to meet up with his friends.

Bei Interesse schreib uns gerne hier auf wg-gesucht eine Nachricht und erzähl uns ein bisschen was über dich. Das Casting kann entweder online oder persönlich stattfinden. Leider möchten unsere Vermieter*innen keine Haustiere, wie zum Beispiel Hunde, in der Wohnung haben.
