I am sub-renting my room in Berlin Wedding, 5 min from Rehberge Park & 2 min from the U Bahn U6 (Station: Afrikanische Straße).
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, couch, TV, work desk + monitor and chair, wardrobe, mirror etc.
The apartment is shared with my best friend, a 30 year old queer guy who is a lovely laid-back person. Besides your own separate rooms, the apartment has a kitchen, bathroom and a third room that we are using as a dressing room.
Everything is fully furnished and can be used by you - laundry machine, dishwasher, iron, wifi and a fully equipped kitchen incl. coffee machine, soda stream etc.
Smoking is not possible in the flat & being queer-friendly is an absolute requirement. Anmeldung is not possible.
Please let me know in your first message, when you would like to move in and how long you wish to stay in the apartment. And I’d also ask you to please start your first message with your favorite song, that way I can make sure that you have read the details - and of course might also discover some new fire songs :)

The apartment is located in a pleasantly quiet family area in Berlin-Wedding, 5 min from Park Rehberge & 2 min from the U Bahn U6 (Station: Afrikanische Straße).
The nearest supermarkets (Lidl & Rewe) are a 5 minute walk from the apartment. A little bakery and a Späti can be found directly at the U Bahn station Afrikanische Straße.
The apartment is shared with my best friend, a 30 year old queer guy who is a lovely laid-back person. He usually works from home in his own room. Once a week we clean the apartment together - one person will be responsible for the kitchen and the other one for the bathroom.
The apartment is fully furnished and everything can be used by you - laundry machine, dishwasher, iron, wifi and a fully equipped kitchen incl. coffee machine, soda stream etc.
Smoking is not possible in the flat but you will have a little loggia next to your room which you could use to smoke. Being queer-friendly is an absolute requirement. Anmeldung is unfortunately not possible for the time of the sublet.
