I have a free room in a shared flat available for subrent in February and March 2024.
The room ist ca. 14 m² large and equipped with bed (90*200) including matress, dresser, small table and chair.
The living room is a communal room equipped with a dining table, a sofa bed and a piano and invites you to eat, watch films etc.
The kitchen has a large fridge with separate freezer compartment, gas hob and oven, sink with base unit and dishwasher. There is another small freezer on top of the fridge for emergency pizzas.
The bathroom is a daylight bathroom with shower/bathtub.
The hallway is tiled, the living room and bedroom have beech laminate flooring.
There are two separate cellar rooms and a communal laundry room and drying room with washing machine for shared use in the cellar.
The house is located in a quiet residential neighbourhood in the immediate vicinity of the Ramsbachtal forest and recreational area.
U-Bahn Degerloch is 112 mins walking away.. On the way there you pass through the shopping street with REWE, Tegut and Edeka. There are also several delicious bakeries around the corner. It only takes 10 minutes to get to the main railway station from Degerloch stop on the U6 & U12.
The University of Hohenheim is only 15 minutes away by bike.
It is 25 minutes by bike to the University of Vahingen, mostly flat, well-developed cycle path along the edge of the hill.
Please note: It is 50 minutes by public transport to the University of Vaihingen, including the footpath
