Die WG liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat, abgesehen von den 3 Zimmern für die Bewohnerinnen, eine Gemeinschaftsküche und ein Bad. Beide sind erst vor kurzem renoviert worden.
Das Zimmer ist gemütlich möbliert und somit bräuchtest du nichts weiter an Möbeln mitzubringen. Das Fenster geht zum Hinterhof hinaus, wodurch man besonders viel Ruhe hat.
Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner stehen zur Verfügung, ebenso wie ein Fahrradschuppen.
Das Viertel Seckenheim ist ein ruhiger, gut nach Mannheim und Heidelberg angebundener, Ortsteil. Von der Wohnung aus läufst du 6 Minuten zu Fuß bis zur nächsten Bahnhaltestelle. Bis zur DHBW brauchst du mit dem Fahrrad ca. 15 Minuten. An der Haltestelle in der Nähe ist auch gleich ein Penny, nicht weit davon entfernt auch ein Rewe.
Die Mitbewohnerinnen gehen alle entweder an die DHBW oder an die HDBA.
Nichtraucher und Sauberkeit sind in der WG erwünscht.
