Eine nette, zuverlässige und ordentliche Person gesucht!:)
Da ich nach meinem Heimatland gehe, vermiete ich mein kleines Zimmer (ca. 13 qm.) für den Zeitraum ab 2. August bis 15. September unter (nach der Absprache auch bis Anfang Oktober). Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem teilsanierten Altbau gegenüber vom Alaunpark. Das Zimmer ist hell (mittagssonne) und ich vermiete es möbiliert. Es bleibt alles drin (Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank). Wenns gewünscht wird, kann man auch das Hochbett benutzen (allerdings müsste man sich um eine Matratze kümmern). Aber wenn euch das eine oder andere nicht gefällt, kann es natürlich auch in den Keller.
Die Wohnung ist super angebunden, bis zur Bahn Nr.7 und 8 sind es keine 5 min zu Fuß, die Bahn 13 wird direkt vor der Tür ab Anfang September wieder fahren. Ansonsten kann man alle zentralen Ziele auch mit dem Fahrrad erreichen. Zum Hbf sind es ca.15 min mit Bahn oder Fahrrad.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich um die Ecke (Rewe und Netto, 5 min mit dem Fahrrad auch Lidl). Auch Kneipen und Studenten Clubs- alles um die Ecke und zu Fuss schnell erreichbar!
In der WG wohnen Florian (26) und Martin (22). Beide sind noch fleissig am studieren (Zahnmedizin und Verkehrsingenieur). Das wgleben ist unkompliziert, man verquatscht sich durchaus mal gerne in der Küche, ist aber kein muss.
All inclusive kostet es 160 € pro Monat, mit inbegriffen Strom, Heizung, Festnetz und DSL.
Am besten du schaust es dir persönlich an (das ist ab sofort möglich) oder Kontakt per Email, wäre schön wenn du noch ein oder zwei zeilen zu dir selbst schreibst:) oder ruf einfach an!

I’m going home and I’am looking for someone for my room in our flat in the beautifull Neustadt area. The room is furnished, available from 2nd August till 15th September. Roommates are 2 german guys (26 and 22 years old, both students). Both speak English, one can French too.
It’s a very nice neighbourhood, park, students clubs, bars and good transport connection-all just around the corner. 5 min walkway and you have connection to the city centre by trams 7 and 8! All other areas are very easy reachable if u have a bicycle.
We are looking for a nice and clean person!
Here are some facts to the room: 13qm, 160€/month (garden, internet WLAN &DSL, wash mashine, phone-for local calls - all inclusive), furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe), quite, central.
