Das Zimmer hat einen Internetzugang der wie alle Nebenkosten schon in der oben angegebenen Miete enthalten ist.

The flat has internet which is like all the other costs already inclouded in the rent which i wrote at the top.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, direkt vor der Tür ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle und der Hauptbahnhof ist zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt. Ihr könnt in 10-15 Minuten an der Universität sein aber genauso schnell in der Neustadt;). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls in der nähe.
The flat is highly central, in front of it is an tram-stop and the mainstage is 5 minutes away. It´s possible to be at the University in 10-15 minuts and you could be in the "Neustadt"(Partyarea) in the same amount of time. There are many shopping facilitys near the flat.
Du würdest mit 7 sehr netten und lustigen Menschen zusammenleben, die von ihrer Persönlichkeit her auch sehr unterschiedlich sind. Wir kochen und trinken gerne zusammen, aber wenn man seine Ruhe haben, nehmen wir Rücksicht aufeinander.
You would live together with 7 really nice, funny and different people. We like to cook and drink together, but if you want your silence they are also very toughtful.
