Ich (30 Jahre, Sozialpädagogin) suche eine nette, ruhige Mitbewohnerin zur Neugründung einer 2er WG in Nürnberg. Habe bereits eine sehr schöne, 3,5 Zimmer große, 80 qm große, neu renovierte Altbauwohnung in Aussicht. Diese Wohnung bfindet sich in ST. Johannis (5 min Fußweg zur U-Bahn, Friedrich-Ebert-Platz. Es ist eine EG-Wohnung, bestehebd aus 3 hellen Zimmern und Bad mit WC, Dusche und Badewanne. Außerdem steht uns ein Teil des kleinen Innenhofes zur Alleinnutzung zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung kostet warm 750,- Euro (natürlich geteilt durch uns zwei.
Sie ist ab Juli oder August 2012 beziehbar!
Ich bin nicht auf diese Wohnung festgelegt, finde sie aber wunderschön und finde sie sehr WG-geeignet.
