I am looking for a non-smoker flatmate for my two-person apartment. The room is fully-furnished and has a nice view of the garden and is very quiet and safe. In the garden you have the possibility to play table tennis. For your bike there is a special room in the cellar and there is a drying room for wet clothes.
The apartment is four minutes by foot from the nearest shopping center and fitness center with sauna.10 min.with the bike you are at the Weissensee + can swim there. At the beach there is also a dancingearea with DJs. There is a Open Air Cinema at the lake. It is five minutes by foot to the Public Transport System (Tram, Bus, and Metro / Subway) from the flat. The Metrotram is coming on 7 days 24 hours a week. Also the nightbus is stopping every night in the week at the Vinetastraße.
You should be someone who is a nonsmoker, friendly, communicative and also interested in cultural events, as I often have free tickets to concerts, movies, and Comedy, if it is starting again after the coronacrisis. Erasmusstudents are welcome.
