Die WG liegt im ersten Stock. Das Zimmer hat ca. 12qm und war für mich von der Größe ausreichend. Ich habe unter anderem ein 140er Bett im Zimmmer untergebracht. Wenn man alles geschickt aufstellt mangelt es nicht an Platz.
Das große Fenster geht zur Südseite raus und lässt am Tag viel Licht herein. Lärm kommt keiner herein, weil draußen nur ein Fußweg entlang führt.
Die WG liegt zu Fuß 1 Minute von der Bushaltestelle, 3 Minuten von Aldi und Tegut und ~7 Minuten von der FH entfernt.
Mit dem Fahrrad kann die Innenstadt in 10 Minuten und der Bahnhof in unter 20 Minuten erreicht werden.
Mit dir Wohnen 3 andere Leute in der WG. Die Drei studieren alle etwas Unterschiedliches und sind sehr umgänglich. Am Besten kommt ihr vorbei und redet selbst mal ein Wörtchen.
