Da ich für ein Double Degree 4 Monate ins Ausland gehe, suche ich einen Zwischenmieter (m/w)für mein schönes, sehr helles Zimmer.
Wir sind eine "ordentliche" 4er WG (Studis und Berufstätig). Gerne Unternehmen wir was zusammen (Kochen, Feiern Sport etc.) oder chillen auf der Dachterrasse!!! =) Dein Zimmer bietet dir aber auch viel Platz für Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es ist voll möbliert (1,40 Bett, Schrank, Kommode, Schreibtisch, großes Regal, Sessel, Flatscreen)und lässt durch die hohen Decken und 2 große Fenster viel Tageslicht rein. Die Küche hat so ziemlich alles was das Kochherz begehrt und ist super gemütlich. Da ich noch nicht genau weiß, wo es mich nach dem Auslandssemester hinverschlägt, gibt es eventuell die Möglichkeit, dass du das Zimmer komplett übernehmen kannst.Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der Ludwigstraße. Von hier ist man mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten an der Uni, THM, Aldi etc.
Da ich Tagsüber meist in der Uni bin, wär es am besten, wenn du mir eine Nachricht schreibst oder Abends anrufst!

Hey guys!
I'm looking for an intermin tenant from mid Jan. to June 1st. It's a cosy light room with 2 huge windows and high ceiling! The room is full-furnished (Doublebed, wardrobe, desk, shelf, commode, flatscreen, chair, armchair). The kitchen is quite cosy as well and invites for long chats and cooking-sessions ;) All flatmates are easygoing and we like doing stuff together, even though it's just relaxing on our roof terrace! =) We all like a clean flat, but we're not obsessed of tidyness.... If you're interested send me a mail during daytime or give me a ring during 6-10 pm!
