ich suche einen Nachmieter/eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer am Südhang. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage und hat drei Zimmer, eine Küche und ein Badezimmer. Ein kleiner Balkon, gegebenenfalls zum Rauchen und eine Badewanne sind auch vorhanden.
Das Zimmer das frei wird, hat ca. 12m²und sollte mit Möbeln (Bett, Kommode, Schreibtisch)übernommen werden. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Wohnzimmer, das gemeinsam für gemütliche WG-Abende genutzt werden kann.
Wenn du Interesse hast, kannst du dich gerne melden und dir die Wohnung anschauen.
Ca. drei Minuten von der Haustüre ist eine Bushaltestelle, mit dem Fahrrad braucht man auch nur ein paar Minuten in die Stadt. Außerdem sind mehrere Supermärkte in der Nähe.
