Ich ziehe über den Sommer zu meiner Freundin und möchte deshalb mein Zimmer untervermieten.
Das Zimmer befindet sich im 3 OG im 2. Quergebäude des sanierten Altbaus. Es ist 3x5,5m groß. Außerdem verfügen wir über eine verhältnismäßig große Küche und ein großes helles Bad. Durch die zurückgesetzte Lage ist von Straßenlärm nichts mehr zu hören und wegen der Sanierung ist auch alles recht neu. Das Zimmer ist mit Möbeln (kein Bettgestell) ausgestattet. Je nach Bedürfnis kann ich einiges davon auch in den Keller bringen, bzw auch mehr wieder hoch bringen (z.B Schreibtisch). Es gibt auch einen kleinen franz. Balkon zum Hinterhof des Nachbargebäudes an welchem sich auch ein paar Pflanzen wohlfühlen würden. Die Fenster sind in Richtung Westen gelegen und Abends gibt es sehr viel Sonne. In den Zimmern und im Gang ist Dielenboden und in Küche und Bad Fließen.

The apartment is located at the 3rd floor in a "altbau" house. The room is 3x5,5m big, there is also a shared, big kitchen, and a big bright bathroom. Since the apartment is located in the courtyard, the sound of the street is minimal. Furniture is included and can also be adjusted with some of my things from the basement. There is a french balcony where some Plants would feel comfy and on sunny days there is quite a bit of (evening)sunlight. The room and the corridor is with wooden flooring and the batch and kitchen is tiled.
Die Wohnhung befindet sich zwischen den Stationen Nauener Platz(5min), Seestraße(5min) und Leopoldplatz(5min). In der Nähe sind dementsprechend viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kino (Alhambra), der Schillerpark(5min), Rehberge(10min) mit dem Goethepark und dem Plötzensee, Fitnesscenter usw. (dafür gibts ja Google).
Wenn man eine Station hoch zur Osloerstraße fährt, hat man von dort aus mit der U8 auch eine gute Verbindung nach Kreuzberg. Allgemein ist der Wedding gerade wohl doch gekommen und die Gegend brummt und es gibt einige gute Bars in der Nähe und auch ein paar gute Restaurants. Mein Mitbewohner hilft da sicherlich mit Informaitonen aus..

The U9 one station to Osloer Strasse gives you connecting trains to Kreuzberg (U8)
Mein Mitbewohner studiert Soziologie an der TU und arbeitet dort und in einem Cafe in der Nähe. Er ist dementsprechend wenig zuhause aber wenn, dann ein sehr geselliger Zeitgenosse. Er liest viel und diskutiert gerne und geht auch mal feiern, wenn es sich ergiebt.
My Roommate studies Sociology at TU and is also working there an a close by Cafe. Accordingly he is not much at home, but if he is, then he is a very social guy. He likes to read and discuss and now and then to party.
