Zimmer kann mit Möbeln übernommen werden, Preis muss mit Vormieter vereinbart werden.
In den Raumkosten sind Heizung und warmes Wasser sowie Internet bereits enthalten, nur der Strom kommt noch separat dazu.
Wir ersuchen um Verständnis, dass wir nur nach einer Person und nicht nach einem Pärchen suchen.
Außerdem sollte unser neuer Mitbewohner Englisch oder Deutsch sprechen.
The room 25m2 is bright and super comfortable. The flat is really big with a big Kitchen and a big living room and a balcony and plenty of space for everyone.
The apartment is located a 5 minutes walk to the Schönbrunn park and is very close to supermarkets, pharmacies and both the U4 and U6 lines.
You would be sharing the house with Kathi from Ukraine and Levente from Hungary. As well as Alice from Italy. They are super nice and would be ready to help you with any questions.
The rent included warm water, heating and internet only electricity is separate.
There is some furniture in the room, it can be taken over from the previous tenant. The fee must be negotiated with the previous tenant.
I hope you understand that we would like to rent to room to one person and not a couple. Also our new roommate should speak English or German.

Wir sind eine international WG die eine neue MitbewohnerIn suchen. Wir sind ein Junge und zwei Mädchen (Levente aus Ungarn Alice aus Italien und Tibor . Wir sind alle sehr freundlich, sehr sauber und vor allem ruhig und respektvoll. Wir sprechen alle Deutsch und Englisch. Dies ist das erste mal, dass die Wohnung als WG verwendet wird, davor wurde Sie von einer Familie bewohnt. Daher ist der Wohnung in einem top Zustand und mit allem Schnickschnack wie Geschirrspüler, High Speed Internet, Wäschetrockner, neuer Küche und neuen Stab-parkett Fußboden ausgestattet.
Baujahr 1977, Neubau, teilweise möbliert, Lift, sehr guter Zustand, Fernwärme, Balkon, Wohngemeinschaftstauglich, U-Bahn Nähe, Internet ist vorhanden.
Der Grundriss der Wohnung ist für eine WG ideal, da es nicht nur eine sehr große Küche, sondern auch ein 25m2 großes Vorzimmer mit einem gemütlichen Couch zum knozen gibt. Der Balkon ist von der Küche aus für alle zugänglich und hat für den Sommer eine nagelneue Markise die ihn in ein richtiges kleines Paradies verwandelt mit Blick auf laubbewachsene Dachlandschaften...
