möchte mein Zimmer über September vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 22qm groß und hell. Es ist komplett möbliert, d.h. Bett, 2 Schränke, Sofa, Sessel, Tische, Fernseher, Regale sind und bleiben auch drin.
Wir haben selbstverständlich auch eine Waschmaschine, Internet und alles was man sich so wünschen kann, und das ist auch alles in den 200 € enthalten.
Wir sind eine 6er WG. Jedoch ist aufgrund von Semesterferien kaum jemand da im September.
Das tolle an der Wohnung ist, dass wir zwei Bäder haben und einen schönen Hinterhof, perfekt zum Grillen (;

Die WG ist ziemlich zentral, und trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Die S-Bahn ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Genau so die Bushaltestelle am Theater, von wo aus die Busse zur Uni sowie Hochschule am Eselsberg fahren.
Die Hochschule in der Prittwitzstraße ist auch in der Nähe.
Außerdem gibt es hier gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und in 8 Minuten seid auch am Münsterplatz (:
