Kleines Zimmer mit großer Hochbettfläche. Super ruhig super zentral in der Nähe von Nollendorfplatz/Winterfeldtplatz gelegen. Je nach Bedarf kann Bettzeug und Basismobiliar gestellt werden. Altbau, riesengroße Wohnküche für alle, ein großes Wohnzimmer kann auch mitbenutzt werden. Es gibt sogar eine 2. Toilette. Das Zimmer selbst ist zwar nur ca. 10m2 groß, aber das Hochbett bietet mit 6 m2 nochmal viel Platz.
English short version:
Short term 1 to 4 months available. Small room with big bunk bed area. Centrally located, quiet, with the Nollendorfplatz (U1 U2 U3 U4 and may buses) around the corner. Furniture and bed clothes may be provided. Huge kitchen/living room for everybody. 2nd toilet available. The room has got 10 m2 but the bed upstairs gives another 6 m2.
Ruhig in der Fußgängerzone, Nollendorfplatz mit 4 U-Bahnen um die Ecke. Einkaufen bei Lidl, Edeka (3 Min zu Fuß), Penny, Netto. Und gute Bäcker gibts auch. Viel Gastronomie in der Nähe und die Goltzstraße/Akazienstraße sind nur 10 Minuten weit weg. Mit U2 ist man aus der Wohnung in 10 Min am Zoo und in 13 Minuten am Potsdamer Platz.
Man trifft sich nur sporadisch. Wir haben alle viel zu verschiedene Tagesabläufe. Legendär war das Treffen um 4 Uhr morgens, eine kam von der Arbeit, eine andere ging grade über den Flur von Bad zu Bett, ich machte mich gerade auf zum Bahnhof... Am liebsten sind die Abendessen zum Sonntagstatort und die ungeplanten Kurzgespräche, die gerne stundenlang werden.
Das Zimmer ist nur für Zwischenmiete, weil eine Mitbewohnerin nicht weiß, ob sie bald wieder nach Berlin zurückkommt, und ihr Zwischenmieter auf einmal vielleicht doch für länger da bleiben will.
Wenn es Dir drängt, kannst Du Deine Sachen schon vor 10. Oktober hier lassen und in unserem Gästezimmer ein paar Nächte bleiben.
Wir wollen am Sonntag, 07.10.2018 mittags zwischen 13 und 15 Uhr hier sein, falls jemand besichtigen und mit uns sprechen will.
