Studentenwohnung

I have an apartment for rent from July 1. It is located in Haaren (Haarener Gracht 7b), Aachen.

This is a furnished 21-square-meter apartment for rent to a student. It is on the first floor of a building with an elevator. It has a six-floor bookshelf, a large desk, a chair, a bed, a large wardrobe, a bedside drawer, a kitchenette (a sink, a cupboard, and a refrigerator), a private toilet and bathroom. There are two large radiators in the apartment: one under the window and one in the bathroom behind the door. There is a shared washing room with four washing machines and tumble driers on the ground floor.

As the building is rented only to students, the atmosphere is often quiet. There is no limitation for electricity consumption.
