Helles 19 m² Zimmer mit Balkon auf Sonnensetie in 3er WG. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss. Mit Spül- und Waschmaschine. Küchenausstattung ist auch vorhanden.
Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert. Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal, Sofa ist alles vorhanden. Blauer Teppich.
Badezimmer mit WC, Duschbadewanne ist vorhanden. Internetanschluss über Alice DSL besteht auch.
For international students: My room is free in August and September. It is very close to the university and to supermarkets.
Direkte nähe zur Uni (Fahrrad 2 min, zu Fuß 5 min). Direkt gegenüber liegt Edeka, ein Bäcker, ein Getränkemarkt, die Haspa, Apotheke, ein Sonnenstudio, ein Blumenladen und ein Restaurant. Penny ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. In der Nähe ist ein schönes Waldgebiet.
Nette Mitbewohner. Eventuell sind in dem Zeitraum andere Zwischenmieter in den anderen Zimmern. Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und entspannt, viele andere Studenten in dem Haus.
Da ich im August, September nicht da bin würde ich gerne mein Zimmer in Lüneburg zwischenvermieten.
Schreibt mir gerne eine Mail oder ruft mich an. Die Lage ist ideal, auch als Ausgangspunkt für weitere Wohnungssuche oder für Praktikanten, da die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist. Auch der Preis ist unschlagbar.
