Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, ziemlich groß (105qm) und hat drei Zimmer. Das Zimme dass vermietet wird ist geräumig und möbiliert. Das dritte Zimmer ist ein Wohnzimmer (mit Fernseher ausgestattet) und steht beiden Mieter zur Verfügung.
Die Küche ist hell, zum Hinterhof orientiert und voll ausgestattet, inklusiv eine Mikrowelle und einen Geschirrspüller.

The apartment is quite spacious and has three bedrooms. The bedroom to rent is a large room and a fully equipped one. The third bedroom is a shared living room (equipped with TV)
The kitchen is very bright, yard orientated and also fully equipped, including a microwave and a dishwasher.
Die Lage ist perfekt. Die Wohnung liegt an der Kreuzberg/Neukölln Grenze, unweit vom Kanal. Die U-Bahn Station Rathaus Neukölln ist 7 min zu Fuß entfernt und der Bus M41 hält um die Ecke (2min entfernt).
Es gibt jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Netto, Lidl, Neukölln Arkaden). Stattbad Neukölln ist auch nur zwei Straßen entfernt. Die Wohnung ist an der Ecke mir der immer mehr angesagten Weserstraße wo immer viel los ist - Bars, Restaurants, Kneipen.

The location is great by all accounts. The apartment is situated in the hip Kreuzkolln area, the river is just a stone's throw away. The subway station Rathaus Neukolln is a 7 min walk. The Bus M41 stops just around the corner.
The shopping facilities are also at hand. The swimming hall is two streets away. The apartment itself borders the ever more popular and vibrant Weserstrasse with its bars, restaurants and Kneipes.
Ich bin eine berufstätige Frau und bin auf der Suche nach eine/m netten Mitbewohnerin/er. Dadurch dass mein Alltag ganz schön stressig sein kann, suche ich eine/n Mittbewohner/in, die/der auch tagsüber beschäftig ist, ihr eigenes Leben haben und nach Hause kommen um ein wening runterzukommen und relaxen. Ich bin keine wilde party animal und wenn ich party mache dann lieber draußen oder in Bar. Ich wünsche mir jemanden, mit dem wir uns gegenseitig respektieren,ab und zu was zusammen unternehmen und was leckeres kochen könen. Wir müssen allerdings nicht die beste Freunde sein:)
