Hallo zusammen,
ich bin duale Studentin und muss für meine Praxisphase leider umziehen. Aus diesem Grund biete ich Euch mein Zimmer in einer modernen 2er-WG vom 21. Dezember bis Ende Februar an. Die Zeiten sind nicht in den Stein gemeißelt, also falls es nicht genau passt, einfach nachfragen!
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 52 qm groß und liegt im Mannheimer Stadtviertel Feudenheim. Sie befindet sich in ruhiger Lage, ist hell, frisch renoviert und voll möbliert. Das Zimmer ist 15 qm groß, Toilette und Dusche sind räumlich voneinander abgetrennt. Außerdem verfügt die Wohnung über eine voll ausgestattete große Wohnküche, inklusive Spülmaschine. Waschmaschine ist im Keller vorzufinden. Des Weiteren sind ein eigener Kellerraum, Fahrradabstellplätze und Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Inklusive WLAN und Telefonanschluss.
Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar (z. B. Edeka,Bioladen, DM...). Bus- und Straßenbahnanbindung sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, die S2 fährt 13 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt. Die DHBW Mannheim ist mit dem Auto, Bus & Bahn sowie mit dem Fahrrad schnell zu erreichen.
Zurzeit wohne ich mit einem sehr netten und unkomplizierten Lehramtstudenten zusammen. Möchtet ihr mehr erfahren, ruft einfach an oder schreibt mir eine E-Mail! :)
