ich arbeite zur Zeit im Ausland und vermiete daher mein großes Schlafzimmer vom 1. September bis zum 31.März (auch länger möglich).
Die Wohnung liegt in der unglaublich entspannten und familienfreundlichen Huttenstrasse und bietet eine immense Auswahl an Restaurants und hippen Bars in Moabit.
Innerhalb 5 Minuten liegst du am Wasser des Neuen Ufers und auch der Tiergaten ist 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr günstig, so liegt die Wohnung in der nähe der Ringstation S-Bhf Beusselstrasse, dem U-Bhf Turmstrasse und etlichen Bussen, wie dem TXL,M27, 106 etc.
Das Zimmer wird samt Fernseher, Stereo, Bücherregal, Schrank, Tisch und Bett untervermieten. Die meiste Zeit bist du alleine. Meine Schwester, die erst ab Mitte Oktober mit dir wohnen wird pendelt zur Zeit, sodass auch sie die meiste Zeit nicht zuhause ist. Falls du Interesse hast melde dich einfach und wir können einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren und alles weitere klären!

Hey All,
Due to the fact that I am currently working abroad I am renting out my large bedroom from the 1st of September until the 30th of November. The apartment is located in the incredibly relaxed and family-friendly Huttenstrasse with an immense selection of restaurants and hip bars in Moabit. Within 5 minutes you are at the Spree waterside (Neues Ufer) and the Tiergaten is 10 minutes by bike. The transport connection is also very convenient. The apartment is located near the ring station S-Bhf Beusselstrasse, the U-Bahnhof Turmstrasse and several buses, such as the TXL (10 min to TXL airport), M27, 106 etc.
The room will be sublet with TV, stereo, bookcase, wardrobe, table and bed. Most of the time you are alone. My sister, who will live with you from the 15th of October commutes so she is not home most of the time.
I am searching for a trustworthy, reliable and clean female sub-leaser for this time. If everything goes well, maybe you can stay in the apartment for a longer time period. If you are interested, just get in touch and we can arrange a viewing and clarify everything else!

Ich wohne in Moabit( Turm/Beusselstraße) 5 min vom Sbhf Beusselstraße oder zum Ubhf Turmstraße. Bis zum HBF braucht man mit dem TXL nur 10 min, gleiches gilt zum Bahnhof ZOO. Nah an der TU, Chariéte und der FU. Busverbindung: 101,123,m27,187,106,TXL
3 minutes walk from the TXL to the central station and next to the Ring (Beusselstraße) and U9 (Turmstraße).
