ich verlasse Dresden für den angegeben Zeitraum und biete hier meine kleine, gemütliche Dachgeschosswohnung in der Dresdner-Neustadt an. Sie verfügt über ein Schlaf/Wohnbereich mit abgetrennter Küchenzeile, dem Flur und Badezimmer.
(I leave Dresden for the specified period and offer here my small, cozy attic apartment in the Dresden Neustadt. It has a bedroom / living area with separate kitchen area, the hallway and bathroom.)
Im Wohn/Schlafzimmer stehen dir eine Schlafcouch,einem Schreib/Esstisch und sonstiges Inventar wie TV, Schränke zur verfügung. In diesem Raum befindet sich auch die kleine Küche (Ofen,Kühlschrank) einer mobilen Herdplatte mit zwei Kochfeldern. (Keine Spühlmaschine)
Im Flur befindet sich der Kleiderschrank, wo du eine Menge unterbekommst. Das Bad hat leider keine Badewanne, dafür eine Dusche und die Waschmaschine befindet sich auch hier. (siehe auch Fotos)!
In the living / bedroom you have a sleeping couch, a writing / dining table and other inventory like TV, cabinets are available.In this room is also the small kitchen (oven, refrigerator) of a mobile hob with two cooking zones. (No dishwasher)In the hallway is the wardrobe, where you have a lot of undercover. The bathroom unfortunately has no bathtub, but a shower and the washing machine is also here. (See also pictures)!

Die Wohnung liegt am Bischofsweg. In der Nähe befindet sich der Alaunpark und die Schauburg (Kino)!
Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Straßenbahn/Tram 13 und ums Eck die 7 u.8 mit denen du alles gut erreichen kannst. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ca. 3min. (Rewe auf der Königsbrückerstr.) Bars, Cafes etc. in der Neustad 5min zu Fuß erreichbar.
The apartment is located on Bischofsweg. Nearby is the Alaunpark and the Schauburg (cinema)!
Right in front of the front door the tram 13 and around the corner the 7 and 8 with which you can reach everything well. Shopping possibilities are within walking distance about 3min. (Rewe on the Königsbrückerstr.) Bars, cafes etc. in the Neustad 5min walking distance.
Ich habe keine besonderen Anforderungen an den Mieter, setze jedoch voraus das er ein gewisses Maß an Verantwortung und Ordnung für die anvertraute Wohnung mitbringt.
Ich verlasse mich darauf, dass die Wohnung in dem Zustand übergeben wird in dem sie übernommen wurde.
Ihr könnt euch ab sofort bei mir melden. Wir können dann schon einmal Details besprechen und bei Interesse einen Termin vereinbaren.
Am besten ruft ihr an. Wenn ich nicht abnehmen sollten, rufe ich natürlich schnellstmöglich zurück.
