The apartment is in Horrem which is 15 minutes with the S-Bahn (S12, S19) and 8 minutes with the Regionalexpress (RE) train from Köln-Ehrenfeld and only two S-Bahn stops from Köln-Weiden West (KVB tram line 1) The walking distance from Horrem train station to the apartment is about 6-8 minutes.
There are currently two free rooms available: 14 square meters (€ 360) and 18,5 square meters (€ 390 per month, with access to balcony). Both rooms are fully furnished. Spacious kitchen. There is one bathroom with bath and one separate toilet.
This is an ethnically diverse flatshare: racists and islamophobes are NOT WELCOME.
Electricity, hot water, and heating are included in the rent.
Internet and TV/Radio fee (Beitragsservice) is not included in the rent, the monthly cost is shared with the other flatmates.
Linen and bedsheets are not also included so you will have to bring your own.
NO PETS AND NO SMOKING!
The deposit is one months’ rent (deposit does not mean rent payed in advance but security which will be refunded at the end of the rental term).
