Ich vermiete ein ruhiges Zimmer in einer 4 ZKB-Wohnung inkl. 2 Balkonen im Westend. Ich suche eine ruhige und Mitbewohnerin/einen ruhigen Mitbewohner für eines der 4 Zimmer. Du und ich würden eine 3er WG führen; es gibt mehr als genug Platz.
Die Wohnung liegt vis-à-vis des Rothschildparks, nahe der Alte Oper. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert und kann auf Wunsch geräumt werden.
Der Rothschildpark erstreckt sich über die gesamte Fenstersicht des Zimmers.

Temporarily renting out a room in my 4 room apartment in Frankfurt Westend. Looking for a friendly and quiet person to share the apartment with. My current flatmate and I are traveling quite frequently for work and we'd appreciate anyone who doesn't get lonely too easy. The apartment has 2 balconies, a dining/work room (currently laundry room) and has the charm of being from the 60s.
**ENGLISH VERSION BELOW**
Sehr zentral gelegen erreicht man die U-Bahn in 5 Minuten, die S-Bahn in 10 Minuten. Von dort aus dauert es 1 Minute (und nur eine Haltestelle) bis zum Frankfurter HBF. Der Westend-Campus der Uni Frankfurt ist fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen,"Paula", ein Café, mit den besten häuslich hergestellten Kuchen in weniger.
Although the apartment is situated in the city centre, you're living across the street of the Rothschildpark park. It's quiet, 5 mins to subway and S-Bahn stations, 1 stop to main rail station (Frankfurt HBF) and 15-20 mins to Frankfurt International (by car). Quiet and clean neighborhood: it's fantastic.

Ich bin geschäftlich oft unterwegs. Da ich die Wohnung ungern leer weiß, überlasse ich mein Zimmer gerne Freunden auf der Durchreise während meiner Abwesenheit. Ich bin ganztägig arbeitstätig, abends meist zuhause; ich koche, lese, Oper, Ballett, Stranger Things.
Das Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist taghell und östlich ausgerichtet. Ab Sonnenaufgang ist Licht, ab Mittag Schatten.
Das Zimmer hat einen Holzboden, den wir bei Bedarf erneuern können.
Unser Zusammenleben:
entspannt. Wir beide arbeiten ganztägig. Ich genieße gerne Essen, Wein, Musik und Literatur. Dinge, die man gut teilen kann. It's up to you.

I work in the creative industry and have to travel frequently. Sometimes I let friends or work colleagues stay to make sure the flat is not completely empty. I work long hours, sometimes nights at home and I am always open for a glass of wine in the evenings or doing stuff spontaneously.
The room:
The room is facing east so you wake up with the sun your face. If you have a regular, the kindergarden on the same street won't bother you at all ;) You're invited to be the outgoing introvert you really are here.
