~WGT~ Gemütliches 1-Zimmer-Appartment für 2 Personen

Ich biete euch eine tolle 1-Raumwohnung in der ihr es euch während des gesamten Festivalzeitraums gemütlich machen könnt!

Die 35m² große 1-Raum-Wohnung befindet sich in der Leipziger Südvorstadt in direkter Nähe zur Kneipenmeile "KarLi". Habt ihr Lust irgendwo gemütlich essen oder trinken zu gehen, müsst ihr nur aus der Tür fallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto, Konsum, Aldi, Lidl) sind auch nicht weit entfernt (5-10min.) Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlaf-/Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem seperaten Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und einer vollausgestatteten Küche. Meine Wohnung bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Es gäbe allerdings noch die Möglichkeit ein aufklappbares Bett, nach Vereinbarung, für eine 3. Person aufzustellen. (dafür müsste allerdings ein Schlafsack mitgebracht werden)

You are looking for an accommodation at this years Wave Gothik Treffen and you are imprompt or not really sure where to go? I offer you a wonderful studio apartment, which is your comfortable place for the whole festival days.

This 35m² Apartment is located in the district “Südvorstadt”, near by the famous street for bars and clubs, Karl-Liebknecht-Strasze! If you are in the mood to get some drinks or taking a peaceful dinner, you just have to get out of the front door. Many shopping places are around within easy reach. The apartment consists of a sleeping/living room with a double bed, a separately bathroom with day light inflow and bath tube. Also there is a furnished kitchen in place. My flat proffers pace for two people, but there is also the opportunity for an extra bed to host a third person. (This contains a self-brought sleeping bag)
