Ich wohne in einer sehr schönen 1-Wohnung in Dortmund-Barop. Da ich von Anfang August bis Ende Februar ins Ausland gehe, suche ich für diese Zeit eine/n nette/n Zwischenmieter/in! Er/sie kann auch bis Ende März dort wohnen.
Zur Wohnung:
Sie ist 22,68qm groß, liegt in der 2. Etage und hat ein großes Zimmer, eine Einbauküche in der Ecke und ein eingenes Badezimmer. Alles würde dann auch drinbleiben, sodass du in eine möblierte Wohnung ziehen kannst!
Insgesamt würde die Wohnung dann monatlich 380€(mit Strom und Internet) kosten.

Lage:
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Do-Barop, ich habe die Ubahn- Station "Am Beilstück" quasi direkt vor der Tür und brauche so nur 12 min zur Uni und 12 min zur Bahnhof. Außerdem hört man von der Straße gar nichts.
Zum nächsten Supermarkt fährt man so 1 min (Netto) oder 2min (Kaufland), KiK, Teddy, Restaurants...
