We rent a double room in a shared apartment (very large and bright).
The room is very large, furnished, with lots of light and very quiet. The rent includes the right to use common areas: kitchen, terrace, dining room and two bathrooms.
The price of 330€/month includes all costs: water, electricity, gas, Internet, landline and Canal +. And for 350€/month will also include weekly cleaning of common areas!

The flat is in the center of Palma, next to Plaza España (along the metro, buses and train station).
The area is great, we are around everything. And really quiet. YOu can park easily and the area is still.
This is the city center but not too commercial, so you can go everywhere
On the flat we will be three people in total. Right now two Mallorcan boys live in it. We both work. I speak German and English, my flatmate speaks English as well (obviusly, both speak Catalan and Spanish).
My name is Miquel, I'm 32 and I work as a teacher (Philosophy).

General conditions: we prefer no smoking people; no pets allowed; immediate entry is possibe; deposit required (returned when you go out).
In general, we want trustful people, as far as we are really quiet and normal people.
We can have dinners or lunchs at home, but we work, so we don't like "party hard" people ;-)
